All therapy sessions are currently virtual, so we can meet from the comfort of your home! I can currently meet with clients who are located in the states of Michigan and Utah. All sessions are 50-55 minutes long.

Initial assessment sessions are $140, and ongoing individual therapy sessions are $120.

I am not currently in-network with insurance providers. However, you may be able to use out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement. I’m happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement if requested. See below for guidance on how to check your coverage.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces to help make therapy more accessible. If finances are a concern, I encourage you to reach out so we can explore whether a reduced-fee option may be available.

Yes. Your privacy is a central part of the therapeutic relationship.
Everything shared in therapy is kept confidential, with a few legally required exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult). These will be reviewed during your first session.

The first session is a conversation-based assessment where we’ll talk about your experiences, history, and what brings you to therapy. This helps us determine whether we’re a good fit and begin identifying your goals and a plan for moving forward.

Many clients begin with weekly sessions or every other week. But this is completely up to you.
As therapy progresses, we may adjust the frequency based on your needs, goals, and what feels supportive to you. -
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for non-emergent cancellations or schedule changes. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a $50 fee.

The first session is an opportunity for both of us to determine whether working together feels aligned. If it doesn’t, I’m happy to offer referrals to other providers who may be a better fit for your needs.
